Nitika Ghosh - Founder & CEO

Highly self-motivated and patient, Nitika has a work experience of 12 years in diverse domains. She began her career at Wipro and later, joined EXL services where she managed the IT Sales Department. Nitika has also worked in the creative space of Branding&Marketing. She has handled brand space selling and customer engagement programs for Mastercard and American Express India. Nitika’s interest in CSR works with Bharti Foundation in facilitating partnerships & alliances.

Born in Saharanpur, UP, and brought up in Lucknow, Nitika currently lives in Delhi. She is an alumna of Amity University, Noida where she was the university topper and she was awarded scholarship during her college years. Nitika completed her MBA in Information Systems from UPES, Dehradun. Despite having technical expertise, Nitika was always inclined towards directly interacting with people and wanted to do something different for them. Khoj is aligned with this vision. Family and friends mean the world to her. Her daughter, Aruniti, is the love of her life. If you are Nitika’s friend, she would go out of her way to ward off all your troubles.  If you ask her pet dog’s name(Simba), you will know she is a Lion King fan. Chirpy since childhood, Nitika is a good host, especially at the dining table. A true Scorpion, she is passionate and powerful.

Nitika is gifted with a melodious voice and plans to pursue her Ph.D. in Hindustani Classical Music. A Bollywood song that best defines her Bohemian soul is Sunidhi Chauhan’s Piku.
